Welcome to Vantage. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the App

Vantage is designed to help you track your gym workouts and nutritional intake. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service, in accordance with our age restrictions. You agree to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you use a third-party login (such as Google or Apple), you agree to their respective terms.

3. Health Disclaimer

Vantage provides tracking tools and informational content, not medical advice. The AI coaching, nutrition estimates, and 1RM calculations are estimates and guides only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or diet program. Use the app at your own risk.

4. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time from within the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and will cascade to remove your cloud data, followed by your local app data.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material revisions will require you to provide renewed acceptance upon opening the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, with venue in Los Angeles County, as outlined in our legal release audit.
